There may be times when package details and documents can only be distributed to the subcontractors when they have entered into a Confidentiality Agreement. This could be due to the sensitive nature of the information of your project.
RIB cx CX allows you to set up a Confidentiality Agreement with custom details along with issuing attachments of official documents that can be downloaded, signed and returned to you before issuing the package to interested parties.

1. From the Tender Dashboard click on Tender Project settings.
2. Click Next to go to the Confidentiality Tab
3. Select the Bidder must sign an agreement to receive documents option. This will then show you additional steps on how to configure the Confidentiality agreement.

The second part of the configuration is entering what details appear as part of the agreement. This can be entered as a generic statement with an attachment including the legal documentation.
