When a Workflow review has been completed, there may be Design Review Issues that are outstanding.  These can be included as part of a new workflow.  Issues captured internally can be added to the external review when it is created.

As the Design Review Issues are linked to a document, when that document is sent on another workflow review you have the ability to select from all the outstanding issues.

How to Select Issues to Include

1. Go to Publication Space.

2. Select the document. (or via Step 3)

3. Or Select the completed workflow transmittal (WTX) and select the document/s.

4. Click Apply Workflow.

5. On the pop up screen select the workflow and then Click on Select Issues to Include.

6. A new pop up screen will show the document(s) and their related outstanding Design Review Issues.

7. Select the Design Review Issues wish to include in the new workflow by ticking the checkboxes.

8. Click Done.

How to Select Comments to Include

On the screen you where you select which Design Review Issues to include, you can expand each to view the comments.

From here you can review the comments and set each comment as either Public or Internal before including it on the new workflow.
