Two custom searches are available to help the Quality Manager report on project Quality.

These are the:Image Removed LOTs

  • LOTs: Closed within 90 days.

...

  • OS: Outstanding Lots.

They are located in the left hand menu bar under Quality.

Each of these searches can be scheduled to run or distribute to others as required by project protocols. 

As well as the custom searches there is also a Quality Report which is accessed via the Activities module under Reports.

Days

The Lots Closed within 90 days report shows all lots that have been closed in the past 90 days.  It also:Image Removed Shows

  • Shows any related documents to each lot and the status of those documents.

  • Shows the percentage complete for each lot.  The percentage complete for all Closed Lots should be 100%.

...

  • Allows you to access the Lot simply by clicking on the lot number.

...

  • Allows you to access related documents by clicking on the link to the relevant document.

Outstanding Lots

The Outstanding Lots Report shows all Lots that are open or overdue.   It also:Image Removed Shows

  • Shows any related documents to each lot and the status of those documents. The status help to identify when lots could potentially be closed.

  • Shows the percentage complete for each lot which helps to manage where hold ups may be occurring.

  • Allows you to access the Lot simply by clicking on the lot number.

  • Allows you to access related documents by clicking on the link to the relevant document.

Quality Report

This report lets you define the document type, status and created dates and due dates. It is not confined to the Quality module but is helpful in managing the statuses of all related documents and can be confined to certain dates rather than all.

To use the Quality Report:

1. Click on Activities.

2. Click on Reports drop down.

3. Select Quality Report.

4. Choose the document type you wish to report on by selecting from the dropdown menu.

5. If required select:Image Removed The

  • The status you wish to report on.

  • Criteria for Due From, Due To, Created To and Created.

...

  • Any special user fields you want included in the report.

6. Once all criteria has been entered, click Search or Open in Excel if you wish to export the data.

7. The Report will display, showing field data as selected and all related documents.
