1. Click on the widget New Defects for Review

2. All defects with the status "For Review" will be listed.
3. From here the list you can review the details, view photographs attached photographs and Select a trade to Issue the Defect for Repair
Picking a Trade will;

and select the trade responsible for repair.
4, Continue assigning Trades to all the defects in the list then click Update to refresh.
What Happens When Picking a Trade
- ADDRESSES the defect to the person associated with that the trade.
- Update UPDATES the Status STATUS to "Issued for Repair".Update
- UPDATES the trade field to the relevant selection
Continue assigning Trades to all the defects in the list then click Update to refresh.
Should you incorrectly assign a defect;
1) You can click UNDO to pick another trade.

Via the Mobile App
1. Select the Defect "For Review" from your Hotlist or from the Defects Module Tab.
2. Click on the 3 dots, scroll and pick the trade that is responsible for rectifying the defect.
3. Confirm your selection.
