The Submit Bid Wizard

A wizard will guide you through the steps to submitting a bid. It is a very simple process and in most cases will only involve you uploading your bid files. |
Click Next Step.
Attach Files
Click Select Files or drag and drop you bid file/s from your Computer then click next step.
Price Submissions
Enter the Quantity and Rate for each item.
Exclude a Row Item
1. If do not with to quote on certain row items you can click on the switch button to exclude it.
2. Please note that if you exclude an item you must provide a reason as to why you have done so.
Add Additional Items
1. If you need to add any additional items as part of the Price Submission go to the Additional Items area and click on Add Row.
2. Add any additional items and fill in the Unit of Measure, Quantity and Rate.
3. Once you are happy with all the details click Next Step.
Schedule of Rates
1. Navigate to the Schedule of Rates tab.
2. Fill in the rate for each line item.
Exclude Items
1. You can exclude items as required by clicking on the switch icon.
2. You must provide a reason when a row item is exclude.
Additional Items
Additional Items can be added by clicking on Add row in the Additional items area.
You must provide an Unit of Measure and a Rate for each additional item.
Scope of Works
1. Navigate to the Scope of Works tab.
2. You must Agree or Disagree to each Scope of Work Item.
3. If you Disagree you must provide a Proposed Change to the Scope of Work item.

Submit Bid
At any stage during the preparation of your bid submission you can go back to previous steps or save your submission for later. Once you have completed the submission you can download to PDF, Save as Draft for later submission or if ready click on Submit Bid.
