There may be times when package details and documents can only be distributed to the subcontractors when they have entered into a Confidentiality Agreement. This could be due to the sensitive nature of the information of your project.
iTWO cx RIB CX allows you to set up a Confidentiality Agreement with custom details along with issuing attachments of official documents that can be downloaded, signed and returned to you before issuing the package to interested parties.
Turn on Confidentiality for Your Project
1. From the Tender Dashboard click on Tender Project settings.
2. Click Next to go to the Confidentiality Tab
3. Select the Bidder must sign an agreement to receive documents option. This will then show you additional steps on how to configure the Confidentiality agreement.

Configure the Email
The first step in setting up the Confidentiality agreement is adding what text you would like to appear on the email the bidder receives. This text will appear in the body of the email.

Configure the Agreement Details
The second part of the configuration is entering what details appear as part of the agreement. This can be entered as a generic statement with an attachment including the legal documentation.

Upload the Agreement Attachment
Any legal document that must be physically signed can be uploaded as an attachment during configuration so that it is sent to all bidders.
The bidders can then download this file and return it for your approval
To upload an attachment simply click on the Upload Attachment button and add your files.

Preview the Email and Agreement
You can preview what the Email and Agreement will look like by clicking on the Preview Agreement button.
To preview the email click on Preview Email.
To Preview the agreement click on Preview Agreement.
