Why Have I Received a Package with a Confidentiality Agreement?

The project you are Tendering for requires you to sign and agree to a Confidentiality Agreement before the documents can be released to you.

How Do I Respond to this Email?

You have a couple of options on how to deal with this type of email.

Sign and Agree to

the

Confidentiality Agreement

1. You can download the agreement by clicking on Download Attachments.

2. Read the Agreement details thoroughly and if you are happy, print a copy,

sign the documents and then

upload it to the system by clicking on Upload

Attachments.

3. Then click on Submit.

4. This will prompt you to confirm that you have read the agreement and that you have signed and uploaded a copy of the agreement.

5. Tick both these options and click Done.

6. This will send your signed document to the Project Tender Admin. Once they are happy with the signed copy they will issue you the package.

Do Not Sign the Confidentiality Agreement and Withdraw from this Package?

If you are not interested in responding to this package  - Click on Not Interested and then Confirm this action.

Download the

Agreement Attachments?

On the Agreement page - click on Download Attachments.

Upload a

Signed Copy of the

Agreement?

1. Once you have signed the agreement, digitally or manually and scanned it on to your computer you can click on Upload Attachments and select the file.

2. Then click

Upload.

When Do I Get Access to the

Documents?

Once your signed

agreement has been sent to the

Project Tender Admin, they will verify that the details are correct and

then issue you the package.

This process is

dependent on when the Project Tender Admin

approves the signed copy.

I

Returned the Signed Copy and Received Access to the Package Documents but am No Longer Interested. Can I Still Withdraw from the Package?

If you are no longer interested in responding to the package, then simply click on Not Interested and confirm the action.

I Have to Resubmit my Confidentiality Agreement

If you receive an email from the Project Tender Admin asking you to resubmit your Confidentiality Agreement, click on the links in the email. 

When you are ready to upload the new agreement click on Upload Attachments and you will taken to your bidder page.
