After activating your iTWO cx RIB CX account, you will be logged into your iTWO cx RIB CX project. We suggest that you make RIB CX a favourite in your default browser.
The following instructions describe several methods of accessing your project login screen when you want to log back in at a later date.
Option 1 -Notification
If you receive an email to your registered email address (depending on your user settings, you will receive notification emails from your iTWO cx project.
1. Here is an example of a notification that John has received from Brian. John received this email notification because Brian added him as a collaborator to this Request for Information Document in iTWO cx.
2. Clicking on this link will take you to the project login screen and ask you ), click on the LINK in the email.
In this example Rebecca received the notification because the Non-Conformance has passed it’s due by date.
By clicking on the link you will be taken to the Project Login screen where you will be ask to enter your password. As As this notification relates to a specific project document, when you login, this document will automatically open.
Just close the document window and you will be logged back into your iTWO cx , when you are finished so that you can access other documents in the RIB CX project.

Option 2 - URL
All iTWO cx projects can be accessed from the same URL: https://au.itwocx.com/
To choose your project, all you need to do is add the project code to the URL. Here is an example: https://au.itwocx.com/INTRO_TRAIN24
So the project code is INTRO_TRAIN24. Let’s have another look at the notification email.
If you receive a Preview Email click on Open in RIB CX.

Account Activation Email
The easiest way is to go back to your original Account Activation email.
1. You can do an email search for “Welcome to iTWO cx”RIB CX”.
2. Locating the original Account Activation email, click on the second web link. You will be taken to the login screen.
3. After a period of time (this is an iTWO cx RIB CX setting), this link will expire after approx. 3 months and will no longer work. In this circumstance, the notification email (option 2) will point you in the right direction.
