Pre-loading existing bid information for an external Bid
In the previous release, we We introduced the ability to submit an external bid for packages that include Price Submissions, Schedule of Rates etc. Click here >
In this update, we are supporting the ability to load any previous bid information when submitting a new bid.
For example, if you receive a bid from a bidder that you submit as an external bid into the system, the next time the bidder submits a bid for the same package, from the bidder portal, the information from the first bid will be pre-loaded.
The same applies for estimators as well - when a bidder has submitted a bid a from the bidder portal and the estimator later is submitting an external bid for the same package - the previous bid information will be preloaded.
