Once a Bid or Bids have been shortlisted you can recommend a Bid

Recommend a Bid

1. Select the Bid you wish to Recommend

.

2. From the Post Submission Actions drop down select Recommend Bid.

3. This will launch the Recommendation Form

(Configured by Administrators - click here.)

4. Before the Form is loaded, the system will automatically generate a zip file of the bid details (this may take a few minutes) and

link it to the Recommendation Form

.

5. The zip file will contain a PDF of the Bid and the Evaluation report along with any other attachments related to that Bid.

6. Once you Submit the Recommendation Bid for Approval, the Recommendation Status on the Progress tab will be shown as Orange.

Once the Recommendation Form is Approved, the Status will change to Green.
