The email notification will be automatically sent to your email address registered with your global iTWOcx RIB CX account. It will appear in your email inbox in the below layout:

Default Notifications for New Users

As an Administrator, you can now customize customise the default notifications a new user added to a project will inherit. 

There are two ways you can do this.

Company Level

If you are a Company Administrator you will be able to configure this at a company level.

First, go 1. Go to the Company Details page.

2. Click on the Default Notifications button as shown

3. Set the notification settings up the way you require a new user to inherit them when they are added to this company.

4. Click Save.

Now when a new user is added to this company on the project they will inherit these settings.--  For more information regarding notifications please click here.

Role Level

If you are a Project AdminAdministrator, you can configure these settings for each Project Role in the project.

1. To set this up - first, go to the Configure module.

2. Click on Modules > ContactsFrom here click .

3. Click on Contacts.

4. Click the Edit Notification Defaults button and make the changes as needed and click save.

With this setup, all companies belonging to that role will inherit these settings
