Using the Toggle Feature

When creating and modifying forms on the mobile app, RIB CX allows users to 'toggle' each user field to save the details entered and auto populate future documents of the same type with this user field input.

2. User fields with different options display the options you have access to so you can make your selection (eg Location).

For example when on site raising Defects, you may find that the Location, Room, etc., may be the same for a number of documents being raised consecutively. In this instance, you may choose to turn the toggle on so that the detail input in the field will be repeated for the next.

The toggle feature can be used on all user field types, including text fields to store and repeat the input information.

Having the toggle feature on when creating a new form will not restrict the user field detail from being overwritten, and the toggle is able to be easily switched on or off at any time.
