Document List
1. Go to the document list you want by tapping on Modules.
2. Then select the document type you want.
3. After the list of documents are loaded tab tap on the Star icon on the bottom left.
4. Select Pin List as FavoriteFavourite.
5. Give your list of Documents Document List a name.
6. Click Continue.
7. This will then redirect you the Favorites Favourites tab.
8. It will show you the favorite favourite you created and the number of documents in this list.

Please note that creating a favorite favourite will start downloading all the information about all those documents including the attachments to your device. Depending on the number of documents in the list you favoritedfavourited, this make may take a few minutes to finish. You can view the progress of the download by going into settings and clicking on the spinning icon |

Document List with Criteria Selected
1. Go to the document list you want by tapping on Modules.
2. Then select the document type you want.
3. After the list is loaded click on the funnel icon to filter the list.
4. Add your search criteria Eg. Status is Issued For Repair. Click status.
5. Select issue for Repair Status.
6. Click Search.
7. Once your list of results has loaded click on the Star icon on the bottom left.
8. Select Pin List as FavoriteFavourite.
9. Give your list of Documents Document List a name.
10. Click Continue.
11. This will then redirect you the Favorites tabFavourites tab.
12. It will show you the favorite you favourite you created and the number of documents in this list.

Create a New Document
1. Go to the document list you want by tapping on Modules.
2. Then select the document type you want.
3. After the list has loaded click on the Star icon on the bottom left.
4. Select Pin Create as FavoriteFavourite.
5. Give the Favorite a Favourite a name.
6. Click continue.
7. This will redirect you to the favorites pagefavourites page.
8. The document type you favorited will favourited will be shown with the + icon.
