Stamps can be created by Project and/or Publication Space Administrators. 

Where Do I Find This Configuration?

To create a stamp, go to: Configure > Modules > Publication Space > Transmittals

Click on the 'Add Stamp' button to create a new stamp for your project, then

: 

1. Select the type of stamp you want:

• Text
• Image

Text Stamp

1.

Type the text you want for your stamp.

2. Choose

the colour of the stamp. 

3. Determine who on the project will have access to apply the

Stamp.

4.

Press Save.

1. Add text for your stamp.

2. Determine who on the project will have access to apply the Stamp.

3. Select and upload your image.

4. Press Save.

Adding Stamp to Document 

1. Select the document in Publication Space.

2. Go to the Mark Up Tool.

3. Click Stamp button.

4. Select the stamp you want.

5. Click done.
