  1. To do this you must first create a saved search. (Click here for how to save a search.)

  1. Edit the saved searches layout to add a document tick box option at the beginning of each row. (Click here for how to edit the layout.)

5. From here you can make your selections and then click Download or Send on a Form to generate the report. (refer here for more information)
