Set Up and Configure Design Review Issue Tracking in RIB CX
To configure Design review issue tracking;
1. Go to Publication Space > Settings.
2. Workflows tab.
3. For an existing or a new Workflow go to the Design Issue tracking option.
The different options for configuration are:
Design Issues Only | You will only be able to capture Design issues during a workflow |
---|---|
Comments Only | You will only be able to capture standard review comments during a workflow (cannot log/create design issues) |
Design Issues and Comments | You can add design issues and standard review comments |
4. Once this configuration has been set up you are ready to start using the Design review issue tracking capability.
