Ability to import Forecasts via Excel

, go to the project tools wheel > utilities > import forecasts.
Download the Excel template.

Make the selections for the
- Budget Line
- Forecast type
- The status name for the imported forecast
- And the user to be actioned
Then import the excel file

Fill in the spreadsheet.
Select the forecast type.
Select the Status your forecast will imported as e.g. draft, open, closed.
Select who will action the forecast.
Select the relevant budget.
Drag and drop or select files to import.
Click Next.
If there are any errors in your excel import the errors will be displayed. Fix your spreadsheet and start the import again.
When the import is been successful a summary will show. Click finish to close window.
