The LOT form is created by splitting from an APPROVED ITP.

If you are the action person on an Action Point and need to respond to update fields or add comments, simply follow the steps below

1.Access  Access the Quality Dashboard and click on the Approved Inspection Test Plans widget

2.When the Approved ITP List DisplaysFor My Action Widget.

 2. When the list of action items displays, click on the relevant ITP reference No.

3. The ITP Action Point form.

You will also receive a notification in your to do list if configured to do so.

 3. The Action Point will display in the right hand side of the screen.  Click Create Work Lot Respond on the bottom of the form.

4. A new LOT form will be created with a link to the ITP.  All ITP tasks will be carried over to the new LOT form.

N.B:  You cannot add new tasks to the LOT. Tasks must be added to the ITP.

5. Address the LOT to the relevant user i.e the person responsible for managing the LOT.

6. Fill out LOT specific information using the customised user fields.

N.B:  The Percent Complete user field will automatically populate as tasks on the LOT are ticked off.

7. Once all field information has been added, click Submit to issue the LOT.

  4. When the response window opens, add comments, make changes to fields if/as required or add attachments.

 5. Change the addressing by dragging and dropping the relevant name to the Action field or actioning a new user.

6. Once changes are complete, click Submit.
