With iTWO cx you can easily create a handover report for all your Quality documents.

Generate a Handover Report
1. To generate the handover report click on the Handover report button on the toolbar.
2. This will launch a pop up showing you the different options for your report.

Please note that the report itself will be generated as a zip file. |
1. Title of the report. By default this will use the title of the form you are generating the report from. In this example its the title of the work lot.
2. Do you want to include the form along with its attachments and/or include second level linked documents (refer here) in the handover report.
3. Tick the related documents you would like to include.
4. Tick whether you want to include the attachment of the related document types.

If you would like to include the documents linked at a secondary level please tick the Include second level linked documents tick box.
In the example below the work lot has an Action Point, Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and a Test Request as related documents.
The ITP has one (1) related (or linked) document (shown by the red square). This is the 2nd level documents. If you would like to include this document in your handover report please select the Include second level linked documents tick box.
Downloading the Report
Once you have selected the options for your report, click on Download.
This will download the report as a zip file.
What the Handover Report Zip File Looks Like
Once the zip file is downloaded the contents will show as the image below.
Each document type linked to the work lot will have its own folder.
The folder will contain:
- A PDF of the form.
- Any attachments associated with the form.
- Any linked documents and their attachments.
Send on a Form to Someone on Your Project
You can also send the handover report to a member of your project on a iTWO cx form as an attachment (a zip file).
To do so, instead of clicking Download:
1. Click on Send on a Form.
2. This will generate the report as a zip file.
3. Once the zip file is generated, select the form type you would like to use to send the report.
4. In this example the General Correspondence has been selected.
5. The new General Correspondence form is created with the zip file attached to the form.
6. Fill in the title, action and info collaborators as well a comment and click submit. The form will be sent.
