Ability to import Forecasts via Excel

1. You can access the import utility from the utilities menu. Then click on Import Forecasts

2. Download the template

3. Fill in the spreadsheet.

4. Make the selections for the 

• Budget Line
• Forecast type
• The status name for the imported forecast 
• And the user to be actioned 

Then import the excel file

5. Drag and drop or select files to import.  

6. Click Next.

7. A summary of the import is shown.  If successful click Finish.
