Reject or Request to Resubmit a Tender Confidentiality Agreement
If a Confidentiality Agreement has not been completed correctly you can either reject or ask your bidders to resubmit the Confidentiality Agreement.
1. Access the Confidentiality Agreement management screen from your Package Progress Tab.
2. In the Bidder Tools drop down selection you have two additional options to Reject or Resubmit. These options are enabled only if bidder has submitted a Confidentiality Agreement in the first instance.
3. There is the option to send a customised message to the bidders.
4. The bidder will have the ability to resubmit the agreement from the bidder page by clicking on the links in their email.
