Reject or Request to Resubmit a Tender Confidentiality Agreement
Reject If a Confidentiality Agreement has not been completed correctly you can either reject or ask your bidders to Resubmit a Confidentiality agreement in a situation where it has not been completed appropriately.resubmit the Confidentiality Agreement.
1. Access the Confidentiality Agreement management screen from your Package Progress tabTab.
From here you will now get 2 2. In the Bidder Tools drop down selection you have two additional options to Reject or Resubmit in the bidder tools dropdown
Once a Confidentiality Agreement has been submitted, these options will become enabled.
You can also send out an optional message to the bidders, that can be customized.
. These options are enabled only if bidder has submitted a Confidentiality Agreement in the first instance.
3. There is the option to send a customised message to the bidders.
4. The bidder will have the ability to resubmit the agreement from the bidder page or via their email.
