The document list user field (also known as related user field gives ) allows you access to additional criteria when searching for forms to associate with a row.To Access Additional Criteriato create a new, link related or link existing forms within a list table row.
Create New Document
1. Click on Create New Document and then select the form type you want to create listed below.
Link Related Document
1. Click Link Related Document and then search for the form you want to select.
Click on the Menu icon

This will add these documents to the Linked Related Document area. From here select the ones you wish to associate with the row
