Once When a Workflow review has been completed, there maybe may be Design Issues that were logged that need to be resolved and closed. Review Issues that are outstanding.  These can be included as part of a new workflow review.  Issues captured internally can be added to the external review when it is created.

As the review issues Design Review Issues are linked to a document, when the same that document is sent on another workflow review you are given have the ability to select from all the outstanding issues.

How to Select Issues to Include

1. Go to Publication Space.

2. Select the Document or Workflow as required to apply the Workflow.

2. On the screen you select the work you will be given an option to select which issues to include.

3. Click on it.

4. A new screen will be shown with document. (or via Step 3)

3. Or Select the completed workflow transmittal (WTX) and select the document/s.

4. Click Apply Workflow.

5. On the pop up screen select the workflow and then Click on Select Issues to Include.


6. A new pop up screen will show the document(s) and their related outstanding issuesDesign Review Issues.

57. Select the ones you Design Review Issues wish to include in the new workflow by ticking the checkboxes for the Issues you wish to include.

6. Then click Apply8. Click Done.

How to Select Comments to Include

On the screen you where you select which issues Design Review Issues to include, you can expand each Issues to view the it's comments.

From here you can review the comments and set each comment as either Public or Internal before including it on the new workflow.
