Tools available on the Transmittals
There are a number of tools available on the Transmittals.
Basic tools
The 4 buttons lets you:
Download - Download the documents no the transmittal.

Basket button - lets you access the basket directly (the count shows how many documents are currently in the basket).
Advanced tools
The tools drop down on the right hand side of the Transmittal provides you with some additional features.

Export as PDF - lets you export the transmittal as a PDF file for offline access.
Hide the split button from Transmittals and Distribution Transmittals
This can be found on the Publication Space > Settings tab
Allow company codes to be configured in the Transmittal reference number
You can display the From-To company codes in TX and DTX references numbers by configuring them
The option can be found in Publication Space Settings > Transmittals
Then tick either From or To or both as required
