These can be customised at a user level by clicking on the Columns icon within the Publication Space. Refer here for how to do this.
If you would like to configure the Default view for a new project then;follow the below steps.
1. Go to the Views tab on the Publication Space Settings page.
2. Then tick the columns you want to have turned on by default for new users.
3. And click Save.
Added view config settings to Standard Fields
You can customize the way Standard Fields are displayed in the Publication Space using the view setting.
This option can be found in the Settings > Fields tab under the Publication Space.
