When using the iTWOcx Quality Module you may be the action person on a Survey Request. Although the most of the information will be populated when splitting from the LOT, you may need to respond to update fields and progress the workflow. To respond to a Test Request when using the App, follow the steps below.

1.Login to the relevant project using the App.
2.Your hotlist will display showing items for your action by type.
3. Click on Survey Request to access the list of documents.
