1.Access the form you wish to respond to either through the Quality Dashboard For My Action Widget, or by clicking on the link in your notifications list.

32. When the Test Request displays in the right hand side of the screen.  Click Respond on the bottom of the form.

43. When the response window opens, add comments, make changes to fields if/as required or add attachments.

•     Use the Results drop down to PASS or FAIL the test.
•     In attached upload any test supporting documents
•     Add any comments relating to the test in the Remarks field.
•     Further comments can be added to the comments field.

4. Change the addressing by dragging and dropping the relevant name to the Action field or actioning a new user.

    Change the status if required/configured to do so.

65. Once changes are complete, click Submit.
