To use the Quality Report:
1.Click on Activities
2.Click on Reports drop down
3.Select Quality Report
4. Choose the document type you wish to report on
Select the status if required
Add by selecting from the dropdown menu
5. If required select:
- the status you wish to report on
- criteria for Due From, Due To, Created
...
- To and Created
- any special fields you want included in the report
6. Once all criteria has been entered, click Search or Open in Excel if you wish to export the data.
7. The Report will display, showing field data as selected and all related documents.
