Two custom searches are available to help the Quality Manager report on project Quality.
These are the:
- LOTs: Closed within 90 days
- OS: Outstanding Lots
They are located in the left hand menu bar under Quality.
Each of these searches can be scheduled to run or distribute as required on the project.
As well as the custom searches there is also a Quality Report which is accessed via the Activities module under Reports.
LOTS: Closed within 90 days
The Lots Closed within 90 days report shows all lots that have been closed in the past 90 days. It shows the related documents to each lot and the status of those documents.
It also shows the percentage complete for each lot.
