The Defects Manager Dashboard clearly identifies when rectification works have been completed by the subcontractor and works are ready to inspect. This makes scheduling of inspections and sign off on defects easy.

Inspecting the Defect

1. Access the Defects Dashboard by clicking on Defects in the menu.

4. After inspection or review of the updated defect form, the Defect Manager has the option to Pass or Fail the rectification works.

Resolving the Defect

To pass the defects, simply click on the Pass button.

This will change the status of the form to RECTIFIED and close the defect.

When Work is Not Completed

To Fail the defect, simply click on the Fail button.
