Set Default Notifications for New Users
As an Administrator, you can customise the default notifications a new user added to a project will inherit.
There are two ways you can do this.
Company Level
If you are a Company Administrator you will be able to configure this at a company level.
1. Go to the Company Details page.
2. Click on the Edit Company Notification Defaults button.
3. Set the notification settings up the way you require a new user to inherit them when they are added to this company.
4. Click Save.
Now when a new user is added to this company on the project they will inherit these settings. For more information regarding notifications please click here.
Role Level
If you are a Project Administrator, you can configure these settings for each Project Role in the project.
1. To set this up, go to the Configure module.
2. Click on Modules.
3. Click on Contacts.
4. Click the Edit Notification Defaults button and make the changes as needed and click save.
With this setup, all companies will inherit these settings.
