When the project administrator adds you as a contact to an iTWO cx project, you will receive an Account Activation email (see Logging into iTWO cx for the first time for more details).
This email will remain valid for 90 days. If you attempt to activate your account after this 90 day period, you will receive a message that the link has expired.
You will need to contact your project administrator so as to be sent a new Account Activation email. If you look at the original account activation email, the person who activated your account will be mentioned. In this case Brian Davies.
