- From the Menu click Defects
- From the Defects Dashboard click Browse Defects at the top.
- The status and userfield options will be listed, you can search the document by setting one or more criteria.
- After selecting the value for the first level, the breadcrumbs will automatically move to the left options. When the values are selected, Click on Search button, the qualified defects will be listed.
If you want to change the value, click on the corresponding option and re-select it. Clicking on the Home icon, you can get back to the default page.From here you can search on a number of diffrent things
- Defect Status
- Location
- Trade

To search by Status
- Select Stats and pick a Status
- And click Search.
If you like to add more criteria to your ;
- Select an option from the left hand side of the drop down
- Then select a value
- Click Search
You can add as many criteria to your search as you want from the options available to you on your project
To Change a Value your selected
- Click on the Value already shown in the Breadcrumb eg: Status Issued for Repair
- And select the new value you need.
