You will notice a switch next to some fields on the Details tab and all fields on the Form tab.
On the Form tab the switch is available for all the user fields.
The Switch enables you to lock the value you have selected for that User Field and then create multiple Defects for that same setting.

If you then click Save, then choose Save and Create New, you will notice will notice that you are now on the another New Defects Defect Form with the Location and Trade Position values preselected.
