Once defects have been captured and uploaded to iTWO cx, they need to be reviewed and assigned. This process involves changing the status of defects which are to be rectified and issuing them electronically to the sub contractors subcontractors who will carry out the rectification. 

Defect Dashboard Overview

In iTWO cx, the Defect Dashboard enables users to have an easy and fast access to defect documents. It provides up-to-date defect information at a glance.


The defect dashboard is composed of five widgets:

  • The Count Widget is divided in four small widgets, "New Defects for Review" widget lists the defects with the status for review, "Defects to Inspect" widget groups the defects which have been rectified by subcontractors, "Overdue Defects" lists defects which have passed the due date, "Outstanding Defect" lists all the defects which have not yet been resolved.
  • The Graph Widget presents the graphical and statistical view for defect reports.
  • The Summary Widget gives the summary of the count widget and introduces performance indicators.
  • The Action Widget provides a shortcut to create a new defect and the help manual link.
  • The List Widget provides the user with a grouped list of documents that match configured criteria.
