To create an Allocated Task:

1). Click on the New Document button in the top right of the screen.

2) . Type ‘Task’ into the search bar in the Create New Document window. This will bring up the link to a new Allocated Task form. Click on the link to create a new form.

3) . You can now populate all the relevant fields in the Allocated Task form, making sure to set the appropriate status, due date and action recipients.
