Before submitting the document you need to fill in the Mandatory fields in each of the Tabs. In this section we will focus on the mandatory fields in the Details tab.

32. Search for the user you want to add by typing in their name. For Example Alex.
43. Once you find the user you want just tap on his their name.

Add an Action User From the Address Book
1. You can also add a new user by tapping on the + icon.
2. This time without searching click on the + icon next to the search bar.
3. You will be shown a list of users grouped by Name or Company.
4. You can scroll through the list of users and add the users you want.

Follow the same steps as adding an action user above.
Address an Entire Company
You could also add the entire company as a an info user by selecting clicking "Select all All" under the Company grouping.
After adding the mandatory fields you can click Save.

Remove a User from Addressing
Please note that iTWO cx does not allow you to remove any users that are already saved on a document.
Therefore you can only remove newly added users before the document has been saved.
1. Tap on a newly added user.
2. An X icon will be shown next to their name.
3. Tap on the X and the user will be removed.
Another way to remove a user is to:
1. Click on the + sign after adding the new user (eg Alexander Marsh in Info).
2. Click Edit.
3. And go to the Remove Tab.
4. This will list all the users you are allowed to remove.
5. Select the user you want to Remove.
6. Click Remove.
