To edit the form user fields on iTWOcx Mobile go to the Form tab of a document .
In this example we will create a Defect document.
- First Click on Modules tab
- Select Defects Module
- Select Defects Document type.
- Click on the Create New Document button on the bottom right
- New Defect is created.
- Select the form tab.

- Text fields will be given a text area to add your text comments eg (Further Notes)
- User fields with different options display the options you have access to so you can make your selection (eg Location)
- To edit a user field, tap on the blank area.
Editing a Text Userfield
- Click on the blank area.
- Add your text.
- Click Done
Editing a Select or Radio User Field
- Click on the blank area
- The options you have available to you will be shown
- Select the option you want
- The app will take you back to the form tab with your selection
Editing a Check box User Field
- Click on the blank area
- The options you have available to you will be shown
- Select the option or options you want by tapping on the checkbox icon you want
- When you are done, Click on the Done button.
- The app will take you back to the form tab with your selection
Editing a Cascading Userfield
- Click on the blank area
- The options you have available to you will be shown
- Select the option you want
- You will be automatically taken to the option under this level
- Keep selecting values as needed.
- Once all the levels have been selected the app will take you back to the form tab with your selection
Mandatory or required user fields will be have an asterix next to them. You must fill in these fields before you can submit the document.
