You can also favorite the creation of a document type. This is especially useful if you are on site and create the same document type multiple times

Getting the latest versions of your documents

All of this happens in the background  so you don't need to anything to get the latest version of your document list. 

Alternatively you can also go to the settings tab, and click refresh - Sychronise to update your favorite list to get the later version of your documents
