What is a Favorite?
Favorites give you access to the document and document types you use most frequently.
You can get the latest version of these documents with the touch of a button.
The best part about favorites is that they can be accessed when you do not have a connection to the internet or when out on site.
You will find all your favorites in the Favorites tab.
What can I make into a Favorite?
Currently you can favorite a list of documents.
The list can be one you searched with some criteria (eg: Defects Issued For Repair) or just the entire list of say your Defect Documents.
You can also favorite the creation of a document type. This is especially useful if you are on site and create the same document type multiple times.
Getting the latest versions of your documents
Once you create a favorite (See below). It will appear on your favorites tab.
Every time you re-open your app or open the favorite by clicking on it, it will check to make sure all your documents are the latest version.
All of this happens in the background so so you don't need to anything to get the latest version of your document list.
Alternatively you can also go to the settings tab, and click refresh - Sychronise to update your favorite list to get the later version of your documents.
