- Go to the document list you want by tapping on Modules
- Then select the document type you want
- After the list is loaded click on the funnel icon to filter the list
- Add your search criteria Eg. Status is Issued For Repair. Click status
- Select issue for Repair Status
- Click Search
- Once your list of results has loaded click on the Star icon on the bottom left
- Select Pin List as Favorite
- Give your list of Documents a name
- Click Continue
- This will then redirect you the Favorites tab
- It will show you the favorite you created and the number of documents in this list
