Please note that Addressing rules such as distribution rules and forced users who cannot be removed from Action or Info, as well as addressing type configuration - Single or Multiple are all still applicable on the app. |
- To add a user to the Action field
- Click on the + icon in the Action User section
- Search for the user you want to add by typing in their name
- Once you find the user you want just tap on his name
- This user will then be added to the Action user section
- You can add multiple users this way.
From the Addressbook
- You can also add a new user by tapping on the + icon
- This time without searching click on the + icon next to the search bar
- You will be shown a list of users grouped by Name or Company
- You can scroll through the list of users and add the users you want
