To search;
- Click on the search bar
- Type your search query
- Results will start to appear as you type

- Go to Modules
- Select the Module that you want
- Select the Doc type you want to search on
- Once the document list is loadedClick loaded Click on the Filter icon in the bottom tool bar
You will be able to search on;
- Status
- Addressing - Action or Info users
- Userfields with Options
Select the criteria you want
In this example
- Status = Issued for Repair
- Location = Building A / Level 1,
- Click Search
- Results will appear immediately
