Adding Custom Fields
iTWOcx provides the ability to use the value of a user field in the reference number as well.
This can be useful for adding the stage of the project or the discipline of the company in your numbering scheme
To add a user field
- In the prefix text box add the user field code with brackets.
- For example, if the on the RFI form the user field code was DISC for discipline, the Prefix box would look like this RFI-{DISC}
- You can add several user fields to reference number.
- Click update on the form.
