Login

The login page is where you can choose encryption, allow support staff access, set security levels, password expiry dates, session expiry time and set customer terms and conditions.

Encryption: Tick the box next to use SSL for a more secure site. The address will be https rather than http.

Now you can log in using SSO regardless of what your primary RIB CX account is set to.

In the past, if you had two email addresses registered under your account but the one set as your primary email was not the SSO account it would not let you log in.

For companies set up with SSO login, any new users who are imported into the RIB CX will now automatically have their account activated.

If the user is not authenticated and tries to access the project message below will appear mentioning that this is a restricted account :
